But as said, the professional milk connoiseurs checking the milk quality to check if Kasen's fit for the job are the ones who are going to notice the similarities to the oni milk, and Kasen's trying to hide her identity from everyone. On top of that, even if the customers were told a lie, you'd first have the issue of why would the milk distributors trust Kasen if she's asking for her identity to be kept secret as well as the simple fact that Yuugi's milk comes from Hell, so the villagers would be wondering what happened to the surface milk supplier.

If Yuugi could somehow handle both the surface and hell's population then there wouldn't need to be a milk supplier in the village. I'd also find it pretty odd for the surface milk distributors to suddently get all their supplies from hell rather than continue the age old village milk supplier tradition.

The thing is that we see Kasen's actions most of the time, and something as daunting as supplying milk for the whole village would certainly take long, constant pauses.

I see Kasen as actually being one of the least likely candidates because it would only potentially affect her identity and time spent investigating incidents with Reimu and as said before, the milk supplier job is fit for someone willing to do the job without any pesky conditions or time constraits. There's no reason for the milk distributors or Kasen to trouble themselves with all these specific conditions and would be better off choosing someone else.

Plus, like I said, Kasen isn't the even the most developed, that'd go to one of the more mature-looking ones like Yuka or Keine. The former in fact is said to do constant visits to the human village in PMiSS, and all she apparently does besides that is just tend to her garden. She's far more fitting for a milk supplier job.

However, it is possible that there is more than 1 milk supplier, so perhaps it is Yuka and Keine the cow, who is keen on caring for the village even at night.
