They need onaholes with a smooth pin at the end that will penetrate down your shaft halfway or so. If you get a small piece of wood like a shiv the size of your index finger and nail into it and smoothen down the very end with a handheld gravel sander, you can insert it into the end of most onaholes and the piece of plywood stabilizes it so it doesn't move around so you can fuck the onahole like normal and have the nail penetrate you near the end. It's pretty good.
