If you're above N7 in Japanese her zatsudans are absolutely incredible, especially OhaSuba she does on Saturday mornings. Her stories about her past are both sad and hilarious, if you want to learn more about her it's a good place to start. Other than that her playthroughs are a joy to watch because she gets immersed really easily and she's fairly new to gaming so everything leaves her impressed. It's a pure "first time" experience that a lot of people appreciate her for. Unfortunately lots of her playthroughs were lost in the purge, I think only AssCreed 4 is still there in full.

If I were to choose my favorite out of these it'd be Undertale, not just for her legendary 12 hour Sans fight stream, it was her first "rpg" and she still is absolutely in love with it.
