Chronology doesn't apply to parallel worlds. If Nasu was consistent, he would have corrected him here. The blogpost (which I know you can't read) is the first time Nasu split the worlds apart, in 2017 when the shitty canon already existed.

And you might not know this since you've never read FSN, but the end of HF makes an explicit reference to Touko because the worlds weren't split, and Archer got his jacket from Ciel, source in the pic.
