Apparently, the company who did the above game developed 2 other similar M game too. Here's one of those which I was able to find with a 100% save.
The HCGs include rape while drowning, several footjobs, hardcore bondage, whipping, and the last H-scene has some nasty chopping, and stomping by a loli too. Lots of good stuff.
