Ive been wondering , how did the translation for Shampoo's broken Japanese work? I am not yet JPLT 5 , so I cant understand much. But what ive noticed is Shampoo correctly said "それはすごい" , but the translation still made it broken and the subtitles said " that impressive" . Was her broken japanese exaggerated so the western audience could better understand that she's Chugokujin or something?
