Guys one thing I want to ask, is there anyway to find a sound effect for the butterflies (some magic sound effect).

Not sure if the novels had it or not.

Magic exists

Bernkastel is the proof. We know that there really is a higher level being, a voyager that travels between the kakera, that incarnated as Furude Rika many times in Higurashi. The completeness of Bern's character and background strongly suggests that she is not a mere cameo, but a link between the two universes. Since she certainly exists and has magic in Higurashi, it's safe to assume that she really exists along with her magic in Umineko.

Of course, this says nothing about the truth of any magic other than hers. However, if Battler were to attempt to say "Magic doesn't exist" in red, he wouldn't be able to.
