I had to go back and listen to Pekora's superchat reading because I could have sworn she was talking about some new song and it seems like she is going to upload a music video in cooperation with Mステ(https://www.tv-asahi.co.jp/music/))
She used the word 歌動画 so I assume it is a full blown music video which is also why she has been practicing dancing.
If it is a cover or original wasn't said, she just hinted at it and said she still need to do preparations and some talks with Mステ.
An original song with a music video would be fantastic.
