So I just tried the Tororochi Melty Love.
To begin with, I really like the way it looks: its plump belly and navel are really cute and soft to the touch, it has a lovely innie too. I'm not into chubby girls but if that's your fetish, you will definitely like the way it looks and feels.

The inside is also really soft: it's possible to just grab the hole at the top and let the weight do all the work, the zigzag pattern is really subtle but it's there. As for the narrow parts, I didn't really feel them and for a good reason: when I cleaned it up the first time after doing my business, I noticed they got neatly and vertically split in half.
Now I do not know if that was intended or not, I know the average Japanese guy has a smaller shlong than a Westerner but these parts are like 1.5cm wide at best and this is a toy made by Magic Eyes so who knows what these guys were thinking.

Overall, I'd say it's worth cheking out if you like or are looking for a soft toy. Obviously, do not buy it if you want a tight onahole (unless your dick is a girthy as your pinky) but I don't think the narrow parts splitting is cause for concern: the inner layer of my regular Mouth of Truth (with teeth removed) is in a much worse state but it still takes dickings like a champ.
