Are Satoris the most horrorish yokai race in Touhou?

Koishi's cable attack uses some cables that come out from the sleeves and doesn't involve the ones attached to her feet.
But where are those cables from? Are they like Satori's arm cable but half dead since not connected to the eye? Can she generate them as she pleases from her body? Or is just tasofro being dumb and ZUN will say that the attack isn't canon?

The reason that Koishi is attractive is her state of semiexistence. She could be in the room with you right now, and you would never know. She barely exists, and acts in pure impulse, making her almost a feature of nature then a living thing. She is like a mountain, strong and standing, but not directly affecting it. She is always on the side of your vision, and when you feel like you have to walk a different way for no reason, that could simply be her wanting to walk by your side for a little longer, a little moment in her own way. She could be the reason why some days you just smile and laugh, you don't know right? If she hurts you, there was no malice, it was simply chance, like an atom decaying and the gamma ray it emitted giving you cancer. Koishi could be standing right behind you right now, in fact, you might even feel her hand lightly resting on your shoulder. The taoists call this "wei wu wei", or "acting without doing" and Koishi is an embodiment of this.
