I know exactly what you mean, I always prefer the spread out progression but it tends to be hard to find. I can't yet say that this is like that though. I have high hopes though because there's been a shit ton of flirty cutesy stuff and there hasn't even been a confession yet (the feelings have been obvious for a while now but no formal confession). Unfortunately that means it can still mess up by having there be a confession and then going straight to H scenes. Hopefully it doesn't come to that.
