It's possible if you meet Siva on a low enough floor in the void that its attributes and skill levels would be lower than the Siva found in the chaos fort. Then again if you meet Siva on a very high level floor then it's attributes and skill levels can be much higher than the Siva found in the chaos fort. For instance, I have a picture of Zeome I met really deep in the void. Certainly not the attributes of the Zeome we first encountered.

I can't tell from your picture whether Siva or Yerleswood is stronger than their chaos fort versions. If you've fought the chaos fort ones I guess you could feel out if they were or not. The only real way to tell though is to get some insight lens and look at their attributes and skill levels. Can get them from general vendors, on the floor in random dungeons/void, and Ssil gives like 10 for doing her quest.
