You can get some sort of idea by looking at how they're depicted when standing near each other in official art.
The closest thing I had to canon that wasn't chibi (Buki-chan) was the anime.You then go by the height of the door compared to the figure for Fubuki. That checks out, then you use Fubuki to measure everyone else she stands directly next to.
This puts Nagato and Mutsu at about 172 and Yamato around 182. If Yamato's ponytail adds 6cm and comes up to the top of Iowa's head minus their heels, then that makes her around 190 and the tallest girl whose height can be calculated.
And with her heels shes about 210.

These aren't necessarily canon, but they make sense.

Try a negligible difference, assuming that Sara would even be as tall as Iowa, since the heights don't correlate to their length as ships.
