I'm at the beginning, just beat Sakuya and Patchy.
Is damage supposed to be ridiculously high? I can't beat some random encounters because they gank one of my guys and kill them instantly, sometimes two of them in the first turn.

When do I get other party members? I tried to go to a few places on the map, but they won't let me enter and I just walk over it.
