I started out with the concept of a loli wearing a self-made mechanical construct. Though the mechanical part is really powerful, their actual bodies aren't very strong. Even though they're very confident and look like they're plotting something, I felt that the "small animal-like" feel of their main body should not be hindered.
Their cheeky look and mean glares, and their big fluffy ears that make them look close to beasts despite being demons are their charm points!
It seems their wings and tail degenerated as they would only get in the way when working on machines.
They have bouncy hair matching their ears, and from the idea of a Gremlin I somehow ended up arriving at green hair, though by mixing in some blue tones I arrived at a shade that, rather than looking like a natural tone, more closely resembled artificial lighting.
