Eunuchs might, I repeat might, be more resistant to seduction; however that would not translate to them being more effective against monsters in battle. It would simply mean the fights would go a bit differently, with the monster focusing on incapacitating him (something they often do anyway) rather than seducing him right then and there.

Monsters were designed to be superior to humans, and they are stronger now than ever before. The Order-aligned humans, aside from heroes, are as shackled and weak as humans of the previous age who routinely had their populations massacred by monsters.

Point being, a army of eunuchs would end up impaled on mamono realm silver weapons, drained by offensive spells, or simply knocked out.

And if somehow a army of hero eunuchs was made, well the monsters have big guns of their own they can call in. It'd be an epic battle, but the humans would likely still lose since the "will" of the MGE world itself is on the side of the monster's goals.

We need to remember just how powerful the strongest monsters are. Take Asura Mythra, who sank a ship that was basically a floating city and the heroes onboard couldn't even cut her tentacles.

What aspects are ridiculous? It's a simple result of the Order losing so many resources whenever they do send armies against monsters that they can't afford to do so all the time. As for the monsters, Lilith is in no hurry since monsters can't birth incubi yet, and most monsters have no interest in aggressively expanding their domains.
