I feel you senpai. My roomate is similar, leaves on the weekend sometimes, but otherwise is pretty much stuck in the room. Only suggestions I have are do it when he's gone and lock the door. Stay alert so you know when you need to speedily and stealthily get that shit off of you. Do it in your bed, so if you aren't fast enough, you can at least hide with the covers. If he asks why you've been locking the doors, just say you're paranoid about asshats stealing your shit. Other suggestion is find a place where you can go to be private and do the deed. Whether it's in another dorm, the library, or where the fuck ever there is a private bathroom. Load up whatever you need into your backpack, and go on an adventure.

Otherwise, do it while he's in there and assert your dominance by making eye contact.
