What about a VN general thread for english only peasants?
Since the other VN general is more about moonspeakers and it wouldn't be nice to disturb them.

/jp/ really lacks a place for english only players and I really don't want to go to /a/ or /v/ to discuss these.

Anyways the last I read was Symphonic Rain and I loved it, it was absolutely beautiful.
And I started Katahane. Came for the yuri but so far my favorite characters are Wakaba and Coco.
It's a bit slow but quite good so far

I am pretty sure Symphonic Rain, also about music, is set in a fictional Italy with 1920-ish technology.
If you have not read it do so as it is considered one of the better translated VNs out there and usually receives very little "it's shit" remarks from even /jp/

Yo /jp/, a bit late to the party, but oh well.

I installed symphonic rain on win7 x64, and I can't get the fonts to show up. I've modified the .reg file to reflect the proper directory, installed the fonts, and even tried some of the beta patches, but I just cant' seem to get the font to show up.

Anyone know how to solve this?
