Where do you anons see the far future of virtuah yuuchubas?

I had a thought that as bonus/promotional material for future anime we might see the characters themselves with their VA's making youtube videos or something on their official channels, to promote the show, as bonus material for fans or whatever - directly tied to anime productions but not long running maybe, just for the duration of the show or before/after the show airs.

As we get more and more CG anime and the VY trend explodes in popularity I feel like we might see something like that, maybe, it would be a good way to give additional content without requiring too much extra production, just more seiyuu pay I guess - though with how busy most seiyuus are per season maybe thats something that won't be possible I don't know
