Compared to recent outfits, I'll use fellow Sankisei Noel's. Hers is very simple and it looks good. You still get the new outfit, new hairstyle, new accessories but doesn't feel overdesigned like Marine's. Same with Matsuri's.

People keep saying Noel's new outfit is bad but won't say what's bad about it.
