Anyways I called the shop, some other guy came and I paid. I even offered like 1000-2000 yen for the extra trouble but they refused. I guess they weren't yakuza haha

Aizu Wakamatsu is rather boring outside of snow(and even that's getting a bit old, all the snow are neatly cleaned), I'll probably see one castle tomorrow and head back to Tokyo.
