No, no other female seiyuu has ever had the same impact on me.
I even never experienced a "celeb crush" kind of thing until I meet her pretty late into my life.
Nowadays my interest on her as settled to more tame levels, but I still care about her, derive a lot of joy from her acting and her as invidual, and follow her daily.
