Canonically speaking, which hu is most likely to accidentally flash her panties? I doubt it'd be someone like Sakuya (generally well composed, can stop time if she's ever in danger of accidentally flashing people) or Aya (skillful, goes so fast that you're unlikely to see her period). We would specifically be looking for someone in a short skirt, who isn't confirmed to be wearing bloomers, and who has some personality trait which would make her more apt to accidentally flash people (clumsy, naive, sporty, etc).
I was going to nominate Nazrin but then I found some official art of her flashing her bloomers, so she's a no go. It needs to be someone in a really short or tight fitting skirt to avoid that issue all together, can't just be a somewhat short skirt.
