However,

to me art is the gateway that changes the rules here. I've never felt attraction towards 3DPD little girls, hence why I called the image above disgusting because it's remniscent of the... "real thing". I'm not a pedo, but I do enjoy 2D lolis stylized . I get it's something most people have a hard time understanding though.

Now if you or anyone else enjoys realistic drawings of loli/shota good for them, but it's not my thing.
All in all art style/shape language is a big factor, beyond the simple "how old is that character supposed to be?", and I think we can both agree on this. This is what might unfortunately lead a lot of people in falling into the shortcut of calling, like you said, girls who aren't lolis at all "lolis" in the end. Because as opposed to IRL where things are more straightforward (most girls of X age look the same), in art, larger gaps appear depending on the art style, etc...
