if it makes any difference YTM has gotten a lot better with their AAC encoding, allowing creators to upload audio tracks that are essentially lossless. it's really hard to tell if this came from a stream rip but for what it's worth MP3 usually trims the upper ranges where in the VK rip it's in tact. there is a bit of sussy artifacting over 'tensho' but that's also befitting of kikuo's style so i can't for certain make the claim that this is a stream rip. the download is quite loud however, ReplayGain scan gave it -11.57 dB, which is a small indicator it was recorded from stereo mix with the gain up way too loud, explaining the peak clipping, but there's isn't any unnatural distortion, and the stream source isn't even this loud, so these files are more than likely a CD source without any auto replaygain values calculated. i think you should make your own call here buddy.

it's V0 not 320. not sure why they've used V0 on a live album with no dynamic range. i think this is a case that benefits the least from VBR.
