Nice to get a discussion going. Looking at what I wrote I wouldnt trust myself since I look like a dumb sheep shop fanboy. I am also afraid af at getting my place infested with gray silverfish that infest cardboard, so I chuck them out immediately after taking everything out, so I do not have any pictures ATM about packaging-

When I think back at it critically:
Amazon, probably you do not have to worry about the packaging if its sent by DHL, if its sent by Japan Post, which is for small orders, then you do need to worry. International shipping most often ends up with throwing the package around and crushing it under a ton of weight. I also mentioned that I trust both Amazon JP and Akibafarm in my post, so its not like I told you that you should not use Amazon JP; I will try changing my wording to better convey my opinion.

Amazon just puts the things in a cardboard box and then they are done with it, I dont have pics of that but if you want or if any other anon want you can share. I can take a pic of my next order if I remember, and you know what AkibaFarm do is add bubble wrap and paper around the products, my latest order only had paper around it. There is a picture of this at onahole blog: https://blog.onahole.eu/news/ordering-onaholes-from-amazon-japan so dont just take my word for it, I think OtonaJP does the exact same and ship by Japan Post too for small orders. Packaging shouldnt be a worry factor if its sent by DHL:

Tl;dr - In my opinion this is the fact, and I did quite a bit of research on it:

Amazon JP - very good for LARGE orders, the shipping is, however, very poor for SMALL orders. If you are fine buying from the biggest conglomerate for consumer products then buy from Amazon JP if your order is of multiple onaholes or pricy onahole. They are big in Japan so there is nothing to worry about.

AkibaFarm - very good for small orders, will probably be more expensive than Amazon JP for big orders because they have worse shipping agreements than Amazon can negotiate. Shipping are the standard rate charged by Japan Post and others. I think their prices are the best for a small company compared to Amazon JP, so if your main concern is Bezos making money off your plastic pussy this is a good choice, if you dont mind it just go Amazon JP.

OtonaJP - Much more expensive than the first two options even with 30% discount. Would not buy because why?

I saw people mention something about Korean mail program in the comment of that blog just now, and now I started to worry a bit myself. Indeed, there are Korean letters in there, but I am sure they are operating from Japan? Huh, well, I think they don't send bootleg stuff out of Akihabara I really do doubt it. The products I got are genuine so you do not have to worry about that. It is possible they are simply Koreans that started working in Japan.

In the end if you choose either it is good. I cannot take any other shops in consideration because I have not used others yet.
