Here's the list I'm on right now. It could be a bit better, I would swap the last 5 cards in the list for 2 more sets of staples (making the list 41 cards total) like nibiru or whatever if I had them. The rainbow bridge of salvation package is pretty much filler.
I put on the OCG banlist numbers for you so you can see that you'll have to make modifications from this TCG legal list.
IMO for converting it to OCG I would:
-2 sleepy
-2 pot of prosp
+3 maxx c
+1 delicious
And then if you want to swap out the rainbow package
-4 card rainbow bridge package
-1 sharely
+3 Nibiru
+3 [generic staple] (41 card list) OR +1 Called By, +1 Crossout (40 card list)
