For shits and giggles, lets see what could be improved with this one. Maybe the person in the image will read this and consider the advice, so I'll word it as if I'm talking to them.

- Hair needs work. Don't know anything about hair styling? (probably because you are an average male) Ask a friend. Look up tutorials online. there's plenty of information. That whole wig could use a do-over really.

- Is that a photo taken inside, with a flash, and nothing more? Seriously, set up a photo area! Don't use the camera's flash. light the space with a few good bulbs and look up basic photographic techniques! Even a simple 3-point setup would VASTLY improve an image taken with a point-and-shoot. This shit takes like two minutes to learn. Invest in a nice camera anyway, or find a photographer.
This may just be a photo for fun, but it looks like you're trying to show off that dress, and this kinda photo is terrible for that.
The bad lighting highlights the discoloration of the body suit compared to the mask, especially.

- That pose, DO SOMETHING! Why are you just standing there like you're waiting for someone to paint your portrait? You want to look cute right? Pose cute! Posing and body language are SO important to this sorta thing. Play your character! No one cares about some chump in a mask just standing there, you have to really sell it.

- I can't tell if your neck is too low or if the mask is too low set. Try to adjust the padding so the mask sits as close up to your chin as possible. A low head makes any pose look hunched and ugly.

Obviously I'd be nicer if I wasn't giving tips anonymously, but hey. If the japanese can keep a good code of quality, so can we.
