Smart Doll Cocoa exists, but SmD only comes in 1/3 size and whether or not the sculpts are to your taste is highly up to personal preference.

Not that anon, but I've met normal people with SmDs, and they tend to avoid the actual community as well. It's kind of... insular against other dolls in general.
