Hello was wondering if anyone else ran into the same problem

I haven't played the game in over a year. Are they now blocking foreign IPs?
I used command center to play years ago without a vpn. It doesn't seem to work anymore even with my timezone changed.
I wonder if they disabled my account from playing the game even if I use a japanese proxy. And if I'd have to create another account.
