Bare minimum per run, assuming you're doing it optimally and get islands where you can just run up for a couple of seconds to see the villager, would take you about 40 seconds, 35 if you can see them while talking to the guy telling you "hey here's the island" which is rare, or 50 if it requires you to actually look beyond the pier which can happen with mountainous islands and then coming back home to starting the talk prompt with the receptionist takes another 20 seconds. So for a round trip let's just assume it's a minute, if done optimally with no input errors, which happens every now and then because the Nook Miles Ticket is the second option on the list and not the first, losing you another 10 or so seconds.

So quite a while.
