What? There's a ton of cosplay/itasha photos.

There's a dedicated area for cosplay, and there's no cosplaying/taking pictures outside of it (as it's quite crowded and you'd need permission from everyone in the picture, presumably).

Given the sheer number of people involved, it does make sense.
