Some quick sandworm questions:
>How exactly does she eat? Does she only eat with the main body, or does the sandworm body eat as well? Seems like she would need a lot of calories to maintain the sandworm shell, unless spirit energy is her primary form of sustenance.
>What is at the far end of the sandworm mouth? Is it just one long tunnel, or is there a stomach somewhere beyond the mouth? If there is some kind of stomach there, how does she prevent her husband from winding up there accidentally?
>Also, what happens if she gets an upset stomach?
>Does the main body have freedom of movement throughout the entire sandworm body, or can she only move within the initial mouth part, kind of like a tongue?

How can you even say you love your wife if you don't even sleep inside her mouth?

Imagine how terrifying the first few days with your sandworm waifu would be. Save for the fact, the way she proactively dated you by leaping suddenly from the ground and capturing you, but your clothes melting right off of you would be very disconcerting. Couple that with the rhythmic sounds of her heartbeat reverberating throughout the inside of her body, and worse of all, how unsettling it would be to hear her tummy growling. Something like pic related where she's attached to the larger body starting at her shins. I don't think there are any organs running through the legs, just a greater amount of neurological connections to the larger body since her brain is in the smaller body.

It's always been my headcanon that the vital organs are towards the middle and back of the larger body. She would definitely need a large heart(s), stomach, some large glands (since she produces a large amount of fluids), and so on, since she has such an enormous body to power. My guess is that sandworms breathe much like regular worms, by dissolving air on with mucus on their skin, or in the sandworm's case, her shell; the shell being in plated segments, underneath the creases are probably wet with said mucus that dissolves air and the hard shell protects her from drying out in the desert heat, so there's no need for lungs. Her reproductive system is in the smaller body, and she lays eggs like in the sandworm doujin. The rest of the smaller body is just pure muscle, and the mouth and anus on the smaller are cosmetic and only serve to pleasure her husband and speak in the case of the mouth. She can still consume her husbands semen and spirit energy through her mouth and anus of the smaller body however, but all real foods are ingested through the larger body. How often she eats I haven't pinned down yet, but my guess is that it depends on how large the prey is. With her size, I'm sure a camel could be ingested in one bite. That's probably enough to keep her going for a week or two; I don't know.
