Of course it's Miki I like, and her voice is a huge part of what makes her Miki. Even if they manage to find someone who sounds identical, the way they deliver lines is not going to be identical, which will affect the character's personality. Not necessarily for the worse, but it's still something. If Akky wants to retire she definitely deserves it, but if you change the actress you change Miki.
