for me, the definitive emotional crying experience is Nao Jinguji in HND-765 and HND-791 where she cries desperately overjoyed tears during sex because her character wanted the self-insert guy so much and is so happy that it's finally happening. Both occurred during POV segments too for maximum immersive emotional impact for the viewer. the set-up is subtly different for each though

for out-of-character non-sexo emotional crying then i guess there's Asahi Mizuno's retirement work HNDS-063 when she gets emotional near the end and receives flowers and good wishes for the future etc. it also has an added dimension with the context and benefit of hindsight knowing that she returns to JAV again after the failure of her business.
