Not really, their official stance is still "haven't decided" on 18+ content and voices. I would be pleasantly surprised (since it really fits Tsukihime to have lots of sex and gore) but I don't think it'll happen.

Hence why we need a Tsukihime OVA similar to Devilman Crybaby like I said last thread.
