If you actually pay for your JAV, Afesta will still let you buy VR JAV. There's a bug with their site though, you'll see what I mean when you make it to the checkout if you go via afesta.tv/ "en" _vr/anything - once you get redirected to some lpeg URL with "EN" in it, the transaction will fail. If you check out directly from Japanese Afesta, or just visit the Japanese LPEG URL, it will work.
