New Super Marisa Land and Puppet Dance Performance are probably my favorites just for sheer quality and polish alone. It definitely feels like a lot of love went into both of these.

For games possibly not mentioned in this thread so far Suppression of Celestial is a pretty nice action game, though a bit on the short side sadly. Also, I really wanted to like this Sanae Kirby game but it crashes often for the weirdest reasons. The spritework is adorable though.
