I've been wanting to play this for fucking-ever but I just can't get past this goddamn error, which triggers right before the it loads into fighting stages. Each update that comes out I try again, but to no avail so I think it's some setting on my computer that's fucking it up. I tried updating my c++ libraries but it said everything was up to date.

Using Windows 7 Ultimate x64, ATI 5770 card

I'm desperate here, folks. Any help would be very appreciated.
