What do you mean by reading? If you can't suss out the N5 questions I seriously doubt you can "read"
How is you retention on anki?
How could you have finished Tae Kim and not understand sentence structure or basic grammar, he gets into much higher level topics than are even considered on N5.

Not memeing, I work full time and study 1-2 hours a day schedule permitting.
