Well megamorphosis baphomets are a thing, the trouble would be convincing one to stay a large size instead of eventually using pedomorphosis to return to being a loli.

Hmmm, thinking about it, we could use KC's mentioning of how monsters that reincarnate as other types of monsters can have their original natures merge with that of the new race, creating unusual behaviors. So maybe a seven foot tall hellhound reincarnates as a baphomet, and her life as a hellhound takes precedence so she decides to learn to use megamorphosis to regain her former size.
