So basically instead of putting their employees into fan discords/orange sites and turning them into moderators, they're just going to open up their own app and bring people in with bonuses like early pre-orders on tickets?

That seems like a really, really bad idea. Someone tell me I'm retarded and reading it wrong, but tickets already sell fast enough and I'm not really sure how many people care about having a members only phone app, because there are literally members only discord servers, or in my experience channels, that nips have been using practically since the people in question got membership. Don't really see who this is appealing to except the people who really want to talk directly to the streamers in question, but they kinda already get to do that during membership streams regardless.
