So I just learned that Baphomet seemed to come about when King Phillip IV decided he didn't want to pay his debt to the Knight Templars and used bad public opinion to have them slandered and burned at the stake. Part of that slander included the worship of pagan idols, the aforementioned baphomet, and a wide range of heresy in their indoctrination ceremonies.

So what if there was an entire sect of the Order secretly dedicated to doting on big horned imoutos? Whole fortresses and citadels filled with wacky slice of life days and little girls, complete with hidden panic rooms to shove them all into when an Order superior came a knockin.
