Hm, it's a little interesting. It's a bit bizarre since drawn female characters don't tend to put on any weight in their belly at all (except when artists over-exaggerate because it's their fetish), and sometimes it feels like it's related to this general "wider and curvier to fit the drawing surface" trend that you see with Mogudan and various representations of Queen's Blade's Cattleya.

It's really hard because invariably some of the fat goes to the face and a lots goes into the belly before the gigantic tits and reasonably thick thighs settle in. And that's not even getting into the curdled cheese look. Ick...

It is kinda cute and sorta fits the character, I guess...
