Those look pretty different to me.
Featherine's medal is cleanly split between the big cardinal points and the smaller ordinal points, while Naima's medal looks to be a little taller than it is wide, with a noticeably bigger gem than Featherine's, while lacking the ribbon and tassel.
And obviously, the medal and those colours aren't associated with Hanyuu to begin with. You can't really make a case that Naima is Hanyuu with Featherine's symbols.
