Tools were are already there if they had the unpacker (which they said wasn't a problem), all I did was edit the corresponding text (after faffing around trying to find it). Not sure why it didn't work for them when they tried. They mentioned the phone uses images, which is true as shown by pic related using dummy files, and this makes it impossible to edit but it seems no one bothered checking if the text itself actually changes the text on the phone.
