Both the Tsukumo's and the Prismriver Sisters seems to be floating around the middle of every popularity contest. Lunasa is the most popular by far, and Benben is second.

I think they didn't get the hype Seiga received because they lacked the backstory and the flashiness she had.
The first three bosses of DDC got a lot of hype as well, which I guess took the spotlight away from the Tsukumo's.
