I eat well and exercise and it does little to me, I see slight improvement in the lifted weight and muscle shape, but it's meh at best.
I went to an endocrinologist and it turned out that when I lost a lot of weight a few years back my fucking idiot brain shut down my pituary gland, and it stopped producing two markers that make You produce test and sperm. As a result I have test levels of 40 yo man despite living healthy.
Currently I've gone through some really dumb shit like staying 2 day in hospital for hormone measurements, taking a medicine for women who miscarried for a week, but the guy says that there's an experimental therapy, involving electrocution that could help, and I'm hopeful about it.
I went through all stages of grief, but there's no use crying over dumb shit, I'm following the steps and hope for the best, doctor said he had a success with another patient with the same problem recently.
Some things do seem unfair in life, but it's always been about fixing problems. You should do what I did brother, get Yourself checked and if You do enough - You'll be fixed in no time. I'll be praying for You.
