K1 did nothing wrong in killing him in Tatarigoroshi, but Teppei in episode 23 isn't that Teppei. He's a piece of trash, but he recognizes that himself, and I'm willing to give him a chance as long as he's willing to try to change.
Honestly, the way Takano was treated, I expected this kind of thing in the VN or Rei or something instead of a sequel 15 years later.
