Yeah the typhoon weather is complete bullshit because a battle that's in your favor can completely turn out against you in case the opponent has some instant spellcard that does tons of damage. But I guess the game wasn't really done to be a "true" fighting game, such as Melty Blood or Guilty Gear. But it may fuck you up very hard when you're playing Soku with experienced people.
And yeah, I'm very disappointed about Mokou not making it into the game, but that's why I love Mugen. (Almost) any character is out there playable on it.
